As CEO of Del Sol Management, Jessica uses her unique combination of creative and analytic skills to find opportunities for and assess the viability of marketing consumer goods and services for clients. Jessica is passionate about facilitating long term relationships that create win-win situations.

With more than 20 years of marketing and project management experience, Jessica is passionate about helping others succeed. Having worked with start-ups and successful boutique product development companies, Jessica made a big entrance into the product development commercialization industry when she became the Director of Trade Show Programs for the United Inventors Association (UIA), the nation’s largest non-profit dedicated to educating aspiring inventors, patent holders and product developers.

Through her work with the UIA, she passionately works with inventors to create networking and marketing opportunities to help them profit from their innovations. She has also had the opportunity to learn from the biggest names in consumer product manufacturing and marketing looking for new products and innovations.

Jessica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences, and resides with her husband and two children in Northern California.
